Tonbridge Athletic Club won an unprecedented four English National Cross-Country Championships team medals at Parliament Hill in North London.

The West Kent club had previously taken two sets of team medals in 2006 but surpassed that total with ease this time.

They won the under-15 boys’ title, took silver in the under-13 boys’ event, as well as matching sets of bronze medals in both the under-17 men’s and women’s competitions.
