Two hurt in four-vehicle smash

TWO people were taken to hospital after a crash involving four vehicles on a main road in the county.

Police were called to the scene on the A21 southbound near Tonbridge shortly after 1.30pm on Saturday.

The accident happened on the dual carriageway about one mile before it becomes single carriageway.

Police say two people suffered minor injuries.

Meanwhile, a tractor pulling a trailer shed part of its load of hay, partially blocking Seal Road in Sevenoaks on Saturday.

A car and a garden wall were damaged in the incident, which took place at around 3.30pm.

The road was closed while the tractor and hay were removed.
