Westgate-on-Sea: Woman dead after cliff fall report

A woman in her 20s has died after falling from a cliff.

Emergency services were called a cliff near Sea Road in Westgate-on-Sea shortly before 4.30pm yesterday.

Police, ambulance crews and the coastguard attended but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers are treating the death as non-suspicious and a report is being compiled for the coroner.
