Southeastern train delays after signalling problem between Charing Cross and London Bridge.

Disgruntled passengers are facing delays of up to 50 minutes this evening - after a signalling problem on one of the hottest September days in decades.

Services are being affected between Charing Cross and London Bridge due to the technical problem.

Tickets being accepted on DLR, London Buses and London Underground services.

Some trains will be diverted to London Victoria or London Cannon Street.

Southeastern has tweeted that a number of services to the Medway towns have been diverted via Blackfriars.

The firm has apologised for the disruption, and urged passengers to use the Delay Repay scheme if suffering delays of more than 30 mintues.
