Kingsferry Bridge on Sheppey reopens after crash between Cowstead Corner roundabout and Ridham Docks roundabout

The old Sheppey Bridge has been reopened in both directions by police after a crash.

The Sheppey Way Southbound was shut between the Leysdown turn-off and

the Lower Halstow turn-off.

It's believed the crash involved a motorcyclist and a car just before 7.30am.

Ambulance crews have been attending to the biker, but it's not known what their injuries are.
