Sevenoaks School will host Sevenoaks Contemporary Craft and Design Fair

Sevenoaks School is set to play host to the Sevenoaks Contemporary Craft and Design Fair this month.

This year's fair commemorates the tenth year of Craft in Focus organising and staging the event at this venue and will be bigger than ever offering the public an opportunity to see a wide range of work.

The event brings work and contemporary designs from professional artists and designer makers in the UK today.

Visitors will be able to purchase original designs direct from artists and work that can't be found on the high-street. It will also be possible to commission bespoke pieces for yourself, home or someone special.

There will also be several local makers appearing including Merrywood from Matfield who produce natural, handmade soaps and Michael Hart from Horsmonden.

There will also be a selection of work from the Kent Potters' Association.

The fair will run from Friday, October 24 to Sunday, October 26 between 12pm -5pm and 10am-5pm on Sunday. Admission is £3.50 with under 14s entering free.
