This mammoth road-breaking machine - worth £40,000 - has been stolen from a Medway building site.

Brazen thieves swiped the digger from a site at Mid Kent College in City Way, sometime between 10pm on October 5 and just before 6am the following day.

Now police are scouring CCTV footage and carrying house-to-house inquiries to find out who could have stolen the machine and driven it away unnoticed.
