Invicta Dynamos showed no signs of rustiness after a weather-enforced two-week break after smashing Peterborough Islanders 13-2 in ENIHL Division 1 South on Sunday.

Andy Smith and Nolan Boike each fired a hat-trick while Peter Vaisanen and Nicky Lewis grabbed two apiece and Eliot Andrews, Karl Lennon and Joe Johnston netted once each against the division's basement boys.

Smith gave the Mos a 1-0 lead in the first period before the visitors ran riot in the second with seven more goals.

The third period saw Invicta crack another five goals - including Boike's third, which gave the American forward, pictured, an incredible record of 22 goals in his 10 games for the club.

The Islanders were 10-0 down before they found the net for the first time and added the final goal of the game as a mere consolation.

The win kept the Dynamos five points clear of second-placed Cardiff Dragons, with a game in hand.
