The company was founded in 2014 by owner and head goldsmith Ben Wells.

They are a premium retailer of individually crafted fine jewellery and provider of jewellery services.

They also have another branch in Bluewater Shopping Centre.

On February 1, their registered office changed from the centre to their store at the Greenhithe shopping complex.

The 927 sq ft unit has recently been listed on Harrisons Chartered Surveyors website to let for £25,000 a year.

It is described as “a modern ground floor retail unit in the attractive Royal Star Arcade which is a covered and secure environment”.

It adds: “The premises also have the advantage of a first floor space for potential additional retail accommodation or storage.”

Toilet facilities are also provided.

The Royal Star Arcade, located in the centre of the town, can house up to 28 retail units.

However, a number of businesses within the shopping centre have been put on the market in the last year.

Two vacant units were advertised in November, including a skin and laser clinic.

The most recent closure was Maidstone Health Foods, which was rumored to have shut in April.

It was established in 1988 and claimed to be the town’s oldest independently-run health food store.

All enquiries and interest in the unit formerly occupied by Custom & Co should be directed to Harrisons Chartered Surveyors.
