Air ambulance called to East Sutton crash

The Kent Air Ambulance flew to a crash in East Sutton near Maidstone shortly after 2pm Friday, May 13.

A man lost control of his car while driving along Pleasure House Lane and had to be cut free from the wreckage by firefighters using hydraulic cutting equipment.

The air ambulance crew assessed the injured man but he was taken to Maidstone Hospital by land ambulance.

His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
