Masade chasing another chance

Hendon v Margate

Ebenezer Masade could retain his place in the Margate squad for their re-arranged Ryman League, Premier Division game against Hendon at Harrow Borough on Saturday.

The young striker from South East London, 21 next month, made his debut as a second-half substitute in last week's 3-2 defeat against Harrow, and caretaker-boss Terry Yorath is likely to involve him again.

Masade has been with Kent League Slade Green, as well as Ebbsfleet, Thamesmead and Thurrock, and was also on Yeovil's books.

Ryan Peters (ankle) is still doubtful, while Daniel Kerrigan is ruled out with damaged ankle ligaments. Hendon start a point behind Margate with three games in hand

The Thanet side were due to travel to Sutton United, but the Surrey side are still involved in the FA Trophy, so the game has now been put back until January 13.
