Police are still searching for two men following a shooting at a
car wash in Gillingham on Friday.

Three men have been arrested and now bailed, with a further
arrest earlier today in the Maidstone area.

A spokesman for Kent Police said the latest
arrest is a “critical development” in the firearms incident which
occurred at Railway Hand Car Wash, Railway Street, Gillingham at
around 12.30pm on Friday, 13 April.

The shooting is believed to have been sparked
by a business dispute - with the weapon used thought to be a
shotgun.

Police are now still searching for two more suspects.

Two men injured in Friday’s attack have been
discharged from hospital. One was said to have a serious leg injury
and the other minor injuries.

Police are continuing their investigations to
find one outstanding suspect.
