A Kent man and Leicestershire woman found guilty of having sex on a beach in Dubai are due back in court today to appeal against their sentences.
Vince Acors, 34, from Bromley and Michelle Palmer, 36, were jailed for three months after being found guilty of offending public decency.
If their appeal is successful they could be released straight away.
If not, they could face a longer spell in prison in the Gulf state.
