A "warts and all" report has shown little reduction in crime since more than 300 PCSOs started pounding the county's streets.
In fact, in some areas where there isn't a Police Community Support Officer there is a GREATER fall in crime!
The interim report presented to the Kent Police Authority on Wednesday reviewed the role of the officers, who first patrolled Kent and Medway in 2002.
