TWO men have appeared in court over the murder of a car dealer.

John Seton, 24, of no fixed address, and Lee Osborne, 25, of Duddington Close, Mottingham, appeared via video link at the Old Bailey on Friday.

Seton is charged with the murder of 29-year-old Jon Bartlett and Osborne stands accused of assisting an offender.

Both men pleaded not guilty.

Seton was extradited from Amsterdam earlier this year.

Mr Bartlett, a former boxer, of Portland Road, Mottingham, was killed by a gunshot to the head, in School Road, Chislehurst, on March 31, 2006.
