Man fined for shooting neighbour's cat

A retired naval architect has been fined £2,000 after admitting shooting a neighbour’s pet cat with an air rifle.

David Sutton, 62, was also ordered to pay £1,610 costs following the shooting in Hereson Road, Ramsgate.

Michael and Shirley Miller say their tabby Chloe died in agony.
