If you have any collectibles and curios, antiques, heirlooms or simply items you want valued, get expert opinion at Margate’s Theatre Royal on Saturday May 17.

The Friends of the Theatre Royal are holding a valuation day at the Addington Street venue from 10am to 1pm. The valuers, who are giving their time free of charge, are from the Canterbury Auction Galleries and bring a wealth of expertise.

Visitors can take five items to be valued for which there will be a charge of £3.

Refreshments and a variety of stalls are also planned.
