Fears missing 11-year-old may try to leave the country

A boy of 11 has gone missing from a Kent village - and police are concerned he may be trying to leave the country.

Abdullah Raed was last seen at his home in Allington, near Maidstone at 1am Tuesday.

He speaks French as his first language and will have a French accent if he tries to speak English.

A police spokesman said: "It is believed he may be trying to leave the country and could be heading towards railway stations, airports or seaports."

Abdullah is described as black, 5ft tall and of slim build. He has short black curly hair, and two small scars on the left side of his head.
