Crackdown on 'neighbours from hell'

AN INITIATIVE to reduce the problem of "neighbours from hell" in Swale is getting a council cash injection.

Executive council members are pumping £27,000 into the Swale Mediation Service-about a third of its annual running costs.

The council deals with about 1,500 noise nuisance calls every year.
