Three men have been arrested in connection with an assault at Leysdown Beach.
Several people needed hospital treatment following the attack on Friday night.
Those arrested, who are all from the island, remain in police custody.
Four men aged between 18 and 20 needed hospital treatment following the incident, which happened shortly before midnight. One remains in hospital with non-life threatening facial injuries.
