An adult and a child have become trapped following a crash involving two cars near the Dartford tolls.

Firefighters are at the scene and are using hydraulic rescue equipment cut them free.

The ambulance service is also at the scene of the incident, which happened at 6:45pm today.

It comes just 30 minutes after crews finished dealing with another crash in the area.

They were called to an accident close to the service area near the tunnel at about 5:40pm.
