2 in dock on murder charge

TWO men charged with the murder of a man who was found with multiple injuries in public toilets have appeared in court.

They are Duncan Shelbourne, 44, unemployed, of Dalby Square, Cliftonville, near Margate, and Kyle Eames, 21, also unemployed and of no fixed home

The pair are accused of killing 44-year-old Alan Graham Parker, unemployed, of Surrey Road, Cliftonville.

Mr Parker was found seriously injured in the toilets in Fifth Avenue on Wednesday last week. He died later in hospital.

The two men were both remanded in custody to next appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Monday, April 16.
