THE deadline is fast approaching for employers wanting to take part in this year’s Kent Pay and Benefits Survey.

Public and private sector organisations have until Thursday, September 8 to enter their details for this year’s survey – and in return have access to some of the most up-to-date and comprehensive data on workforce pay and conditions in the county.

The survey, which is in its 10th year is conducted by Kent recruitment agency New Appointments Group (NAG).

Results will be published in October, in time to help employers plan January annual salary reviews.

The survey will also include levels of other employee benefits as well as salary and a projection on economic activity in the county.

Gerry Cassell, NAG chairman, said: "The Kent Pay and Benefits Survey represents a unique opportunity for Kent employers to get an in-depth insight into the labour market in the county.

"It is packed full of information and can be used as an effective management tool – helping employers to design their pay and benefits policies in order to attract, retain and motivate staff."

Companies can access to information on the subject areas where they supplied data. The survey can be analysed by business sector, sales turnover and geographical location.

A feature added this year is that firms will be able to join in the survey at any time, giving those that miss the deadline an opportunity to connect to the survey data and get their own comparisons.

To take part, visit the web address below, register and then complete the online questionnaire. Information supplied is secure and confidential.

Participants can also complete questionnaires as a Microsoft Word document or can request a meeting with one of the survey researchers by contacting pay&ben@newappointmentsgroup.co.uk or calling 01795 416607.
