Manager Neil Cugley will make a decision on the future of his Folkestone players after Saturday's game at Kingstonian.

Invicta have dropped to 10th in Bostik Premier after losing to Brightlingsea Regent on Saturday and AFC Hornchurch on Tuesday.

Cugley has grown frustrated with his forwards' lack of goals in recent weeks and may look to make changes.

But with the Bostik Premier season only nine games old, he's reserved judgment - until now.

Cugley said: "It's like I said at the beginning of the season: can the players do it again at this level? I think they can.

"I always look after 10 games. We've got another away game coming up and we'll have a look after that, I'll sit down with my staff and see where we go from there.

"You want them to (succeed), they're good people and I'm sure they want to find the form.

"It's a harder league this year in a lot of ways because you had the other two (Billericay and Dulwich) who ran away with it last year and everybody knew they would.

"Other teams have improved this year because they know they've got a chance.

"It just needs one of the forwards to hit a bit of form. If that happens, I think we'll be OK."

Folkestone won only one league game in September and their home form is a particular concern.

Cugley's side haven't dropped a single point from their travels but have taken just four of a possible 15 at the Fullicks Stadium.

"As a manager, you want to win your home games," Cugley said. "We're getting (crowds of) over 400 every game, we want to keep that going and you only do that by winning at home.

"Teams are setting up differently and making it harder for us, trying to catch us on the break because of our record before.

"We've got to take our chances. The whole game can change if you score first and teams have to come out at you.

"The game on Saturday should have been finished before they even scored one.

"We had some really good chances and the whole game is different (if you score). You're not so open and you can catch them on the break."
