The 0.33 acre (0.13 hectares) site next to Alice Cottage in Cherry Lane Great Mongeham is among 134 lots listed by Clive Emson ahead of its next sale on Tuesday, March 19.

It is being offered with a freehold guide price of £300,000-plus which auction valuer Jon Rimmer deems “another opportunity" for developers and builders.

He said: “Permission has been granted so work can start at once.”

The auction takes place at the Clive Emson Conference Centre, Kent County Showground, Detling, beginning at 11am.

The firm, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, will launch a new online auction, which will begin on March 28.
