Appeal for hit and run witnesses

Police are appealing for witnesses to a hit and run incident on the A258 Dover-Deal road.

It happened at 5.45pm on Tuesday, May 13, when the driver of a white van veered into a grey Vauxhall Astra, travelling in the opposite direction between Ringwould and Walmer, but failed to stop.

The police say significant damage was caused to the car.
