Attempted bike robbery by gang in St Vincent’s Road, Dartford

A brick-welding gang member confronted a man in an attempt to steal his bike while another threw a crate of milk during the incident.

The encounter allegedly took place in St Vincent’s Road, Dartford.

A man in his 40s was cycling along the road when the confrontation took place between 12.05am and 1am on Wednesday, January 11.

Police are asking residents with private CCTV and those with dashcam to check for footage that could help the investigation.

Investigating officer PC Ellis Langford, said: "We have been completing inquiries to track down and arrest those responsible are now urging anybody with information to call our appeal line."
