Lowfield plans submitted to council

Residents are now able to give the proposed future for Lowfield Street the final thumbs up or thumbs down.

Hundreds of families have submitted their views since November last year, during consultation exercises with developers.

But as the official application is submitted to Dartford council for planning approval, residents can now give their definitive view as part of the statutory consultation.

The much-anticipated £300 million plans have been shaped through a number of public exhibitions, the last of which was held at the LowfieldVision shop in Lowfield Street at the end of last month.

The official application is now available to view online at www.dartford.gov.uk

Anyone wishing to comment on the application has 28 days to do so.

The LowfieldVision shop will be open this Saturday and on Saturday, September 13 to display the final plans between 10am and 2pm.
