Three quizzed after man is beaten unconscious

THREE teeengers have been arrested by police in connection with an assault in which a 20-year-old man was beaten unconscious.

The three, aged from 16, 17 and 19 and all from Aylesham, near Canterbury, have been given police bail pending further enquiries.

The victim was with his girlfriend when he was confronted by a group of around ten people close to Fenwicks store and the bus station in Canterbury at around 6.45pm on Tuesday, November 22.

Police say theee people from the group kicked and punched the victim until he lost consciousness.
