POLICE are appealing for help from the public to identify a man who followed a woman off a bus and made suggestive remarks to her.

The woman boarded the Stagecoach bus at Canterbury Bus Station at 12.20pm on Thursday, October 12, when the man also got on, and he started staring at her.

When the woman got off the bus at Ash, the man followed her to her home address and tried to talk to her and made a suggestive remark.

The woman went in her house and reported the incident, and the man left.

Witnesses believe the same man was seen walking near the Pfizer site in Sandwich a short time later.

He is described as a white man aged between 40 and 50, of stocky build, and between 5ft 8in and 5ft 10in tall. He had bushy eyebrows.

He was wearing a khaki jacket and blue jeans with dark blue footwear with white lace ups, and was carrying a plastic bag in his right hand.
