Canterbury men and women qualified for this weekend’s EHL Indoor League national finals.

Goals from Mel Clewlow, Sarah Kerly and Natalie Seymour set them on the women on their way with a 3-0 win over Slough on Saturday. They then enjoyed victories over Olton & West Warwicks (3-2) and Trojans (7-1).

Jen Wilson scored a hat-trick of goals against Trojans and on Sunday Canterbury finished off with a 4-3 win over Bowdon Hightown. All of the goals were scored in the opening half hour.

On Saturday they opened with a 6-2 win over Team Bath Buccaneers and followed up with victories over Doncaster (8-3) and Bournville (6-2).
