KENT peg roof tiles worth around £4,000 have been stolen from the roof of a building owned by the Canterbury Joinery at Faussett Hill, Street End.
Around 1,000 tiles were removed from the roof of the cottage overnight between December 8 and 9. Police say the thieves would have required ladders and a lorry to take the tiles.
Anyone who can assist police is asked to contact PC Steven Fagg at Canterbury Police on 01227 762055.
