Snowy weather didn’t deter this traffic warden from slapping a ticket on a car in The Tram Road, Folkestone, on Sunday.
The area was under several inches of snow, conditions that can make cars unmovable and often left abandoned until the thaw. Perhaps the eagle-eyed officer figured that this red Range Rover, was a 4x4, one of the few vehicles that can move in snow.
